Allen B. Gershkowitz

Allen B. Gershowitz, age 56, of Oceanside, NY died Monday, February 2, 2015 at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside. Mr. Gershowitz was born July 16, 1958 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late Emanuel and the late Selma (Goldblatt) Gershowitz. He married Mary McCabe.

He is survived by his wife Mary, two daughters, Erica and Joanna, and one sister Fran Goldberg.

He was employed by the Oceanside Fire Department as a Fire District Supervisor.

The funeral will be held at 9:30 am on Thursday, February 5th at Towers Funeral Home Inc. with the burial following at the Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, NY.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 4th, from 2-4pm & 7-9PM at Towers Funeral Home Inc.
