Anthony D. Cecere

Anthony Dominic Cecere (January 6, 1933 – December 26, 2025). Beloved husband of Noreen (deceased 2021), father of Anthony Jr. and Timothy (Diane) and grandfather of Timothy Jr.

Born in Brooklyn, NY to Father Anthony and Mother Rosina. Brother of Sam, Dominic, Michael, Pete, Nick, Mary, Diana, Mildred and Nancy. He was the youngest and last surviving of ten children.

Anthony served in the US Army as an MP during the Korean War and was a proud member of the VFW.

He worked for the Department of Highways for the City of New York for almost 4 decades and devoted his retired years to caring for his family.

He lived a full life of faith, dignity, hope and pure Love. We know what it is like to be loved because he loved us. Gone but never forgotten. May he rest in Peace in God’s care.
