Anthony John Vitale Jr., born on February 18, 1957, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025 with his wife, children and grandchildren by his side. He was a devoted husband, a loving and dedicated father, a proud papa, a caring son, loving brother and a loyal friend. Anthony’s presence brought warmth, humor, and generosity to every room, and his kindness left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He was someone who could always be counted on, no matter the circumstance.
Anthony is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Alice; his children, Anthony, Danny, Jenna and Amanda; his cherished granddaughters, Alexis and Ayla; his mother, Marie; as well as his siblings, John, Theresa, Michael, Maryanne, Thomas and Joie Marie; many nieces and nephews; and cousins. Predeceased by his father, Anthony and his sisters Susan and Geri Marie.
Known for his infectious laughter, captivating stories, and larger-than-life personality. Anthony found great joy in gathering with others, whether around a shared meal or a friendly card game. Above all else, his greatest love was his family. Alice, his four children, and his two beautiful granddaughters were his pride, his purpose, and the very center of his world.
Anthony’s legacy lives on through the countless memories he created, the lessons he shared, and the deep love he gave so freely. He will be profoundly missed and forever remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know and love him.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tunnel to Towers or the Padre Pio Shrine of Little Neck in Anthony's memory.
