Barbara Ann Lange

Barbara Ann Lange, 90, of Long Beach passed away peacefully at home on September 25, 2025. She was born in the Bronx and later moved with her husband and children to Long Beach, NY. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Helen McLoughlin, her sister Joan Kilkenny, and her husband Walter.

Barbara is survived by her children Michael (Gina), Edward (Barbara) and Catherine Merz (Christopher); her grandchildren Michael (Keity), John, Kaitlyn, Kelly, Rachel Feeney (Michael) and Emily Merz along with great grandchildren Isabella and Max. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

Barbara was a proud lifelong New Yorker who treasured her family above all else. She lived a full life enjoying traveling around the world; walking, collecting shells and relaxing on the beach; and creating beautiful works of art with her crocheting and knitting; reading and watching all kinds of movies. She was sweet, kind and thoughtful to everyone she knew and we will miss her dearly.
