Brian A. Johnson

Brian A. Johnson, 42, of Baldwin, passed away on November 8, 2025. Born on February 22, 1983, in New York City, Brian devoted his life to service, family, and kindness.

A loving husband to Vanessa and a proud father to Christopher and Angela, Brian’s greatest joy was found in the laughter and love of his family. He was a cherished son to Gweneth and the late Simon Alfred. A supportive brother to Simone, always offering warmth, encouragement, and a steady presence. Brian also leaves to mourn other family members and friends too numerous to mention.

For 14 years, Brian served the City of New York as a dedicated police officer. He approached his work with courage, integrity, and a deep desire to help others. His compassion touched countless lives, and his commitment to protecting his community will be remembered with gratitude.

Brian is survived by his beloved wife, his two children who meant the world to him, his mother, and his sister. His kindness, strength, and generous spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
