Charlotte L. Nickees (Niederreutter) died peacefully in her "Little Humble Abode" at 101. Predeceased by her husband Fred. Graduated from Valley Stream Central High class of '35 and retired from The Bell System. Traveled the world with her husband (together they traveled to every state in the USA). She was very proud of her husband’s volunteerism with the Oceanside Fire Department. Charlotte outlived most of her friends and family. She made many friends and had great neighbors throughout her life. Rosealie, Alisha, Maureen, Natalie and Kevin who became family because she was easy to love. She enjoyed her "old fashions", and truly lived her long wonderful life to the fullest,
