Dennis G. Peppel

Dennis G. Peppel of Oceanside passed away on April 19, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Virginia Peppel. He is survived by his two children, Tom Peppel and Donna D'Agostino, daughter-in-law Amanda Peppel and son-in-law David D'Agostino. Cherished Grandfather "Pop" of Delaney, Jack, Ava, Sam and Logan. Brother of Linda D'Onofrio and Kevin Peppel. Predeceased by his parents, Eugene and Florence Peppel and brother Eddie Peppel.

Dennis was a retired General Superintendent for the NYC Transit Authority. He was an avid fisherman and loved working in his garden.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:45am on Thursday, April 26th at St. Anthony's RC Church, 110 Anchor Ave, Oceanside NY.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, April 25th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Towers Funeral Home Inc., 2681 Long Beach Rd, Oceanside, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the North Shore Animal League, 25 Davis Avenue, Port Washington, NY 11050.
