It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Diana Grace Beau’champ-Rodriguez.
For those who knew Diana, one of the most remarkable things about her was her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ and her deep love for her church. Her faith was not simply something she spoke about—it was something she lived every day, through every joy and every trial.
Over the past decade, Diana faced serious illness and cancer with extraordinary courage and grace. Through it all, she never allowed fear to overcome her faith. Even during the most difficult moments, she continued to smile, laugh, dance, and bring joy to those around her. She reminded us often that she was not afraid of death or of what cancer could do to her body. Instead, she spoke with peace and even excitement about the day she would meet Jesus and be reunited with her parents and the loved ones who had gone before her.
Her greatest concern was never for herself. She worried only that her children would be hurt and saddened by her passing. Yet even in that, she gave us an extraordinary gift: through our mother’s unwavering faith and example, all three of her children found their way back to their own faith in God. Her life was a testimony, and her love and faith will continue to guide us for the rest of our lives.
Diana had a beautiful gift for bringing light and laughter wherever she went. Whether she was suddenly breaking into a random dance, planning her next prank, or simply finding a way to make someone smile, she brought joy into the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. Her warmth, humor, and spirit were unforgettable.
Above all else, Diana loved her family and her Lord. She often said that she was born to be a mother, and she far exceeded everything that title could ever encompass. She loved her children fiercely, faithfully, and without condition.
If there were one way Diana would want to be remembered, we believe it would be as a gentle and loving mother, grandmama, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin, and friend—a woman who lived each day to love her family and faithfully serve Jesus Christ.
Mom, you have served faithfully, loved deeply, and fought courageously. Your work here is finished, and now you may rest in paradise, reunited with those you have loved and lost and in the presence of the Savior you trusted so completely.
We will miss your smile, your laughter, your dancing, your pranks, your love, and your beautiful presence more than words could ever express. But we find comfort in knowing that you are exactly where you always knew you were going.
Rest peacefully in Heaven, our beautiful mother. Until we meet again.
God bless you, Mom. We love you forever.
