Eve Knez

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved, Eve Knez, aged 82, a cherished resident of Long Beach, New York, who departed from this world surrounded by the love of her family on July 9, 2025.

Born to Anastasios (Thomas) and Athena Toyas on October 30, 1942, Eve lived most of her life in the vibrant community of Long Beach, where she was a business owner and talented beautician. She embodied the spirit of adventure and vivacity. She traveled extensively, collecting memories and experiences that enriched her life and the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.

Eve was a devoted animal lover, finding joy and companionship in her beloved pets. Her warmth and kindness extended to all living beings, and she had an extraordinary ability to connect with others, leaving a lasting impact on family and friends alike.

She cherished her family deeply, nurturing strong bonds that will carry on in their hearts.

Eve was survived by her brother, George; & nieces & nephews, Eileen (Dan), Carolyn (Scott), Vincent, Anastasios (Tom), Athena, Thomas & John.

As we remember Eve, let us celebrate a life well-lived—a life filled with the love of family and friends.
