Frances Starck

Frances Ann Starck, 73, of Oceanside, NY, passed away on Saturday October 28th after a short illness.

Frances was born on May 13th, 1950, to Anthony and Anna Noto in Brooklyn, NY.

In 1969, Fran met John, and they wed on November 21st, 1970, they would have celebrated their 53rd anniversary this November. They went on to have three children, John Jr., Tara, and Anthony.

Fran dedicated her life to being a fantastic and wonderful wife, mother, and nana. She excelled at propping up her family and friends and supported them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. If she was not eating, talking, or sleeping, you could always count on her to be humming a tune. Her family was her greatest joy, especially her grandchildren whose accomplishments she was always so proud of. She loved attending her grandchildren's recitals, and sporting events. Besides the love she had for her family, she loved the holidays, roses, Barry Manilow, General Hospital and Fox News. We will miss her greatly.

Fran was predeceased by her mother and father. She is survived by her husband John, her three children John (Jeanine) Starck Jr., Tara (Benjamin) Morse, and Anthony (Jeanine) Starck, and her four grandchildren Brianna, John, Anthony and Nathan.

The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Tower's Funeral Home in Oceanside, NY. There will be visitation on Wednesday November 1st and Thursday November 2nd from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Tower's Funeral Home in Oceanside, NY. Services will be held on Friday November 3rd at 9:45am at Saint Anthony's Roman Catholic Church in Oceanside, NY with the burial to follow at Saint Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Frances Starck's honor.
