George Makros

George Makros, age 81, of Rockville Centre, NY died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at his home. Mr. Makros was born May 2, 1932 in Kardamyla, Chios, Greece. He is the son of the late Vasilios and the late Irene (Lyras) Makros. He was employed by Mitchell's Restaurant in Valley Stream, NY as a Chef.

He is survived by his wife: Mary (Mavitze) Makros , two daughters: Mia Amorosa, Irene Tucker and two sons: Billy, John; He also has six grandchildren, Robert; Christopher; Katelyn, Reilly, Abigail and Sophia.
