It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Grace T. Paruolo, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Grace peacefully left this world on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025, at the age of 88. Throughout her life, Grace was a beacon of love and kindness, touching all who knew her.
Grace was born on July 19th, 1937, in the serene landscapes of Maine. She eventually made her residence in Baldwin, NY, where she created a loving home filled with cherished memories. Her commitment to family and friends was unmatched, and she relished the moments spent with them, particularly her much-loved Food Shopping Fridays with her daughter Lisa.
Grace's legacy is carried on by her devoted daughter Lisa Guido and her husband Joe Guido, and her son Joseph Paruolo. She was a cherished grandmother to Samantha and Joseph, who, along with his wife Kaitlynn, gave her the joy of great-grandchildren, Gannon and Myla Grace. Grace is also survived by her siblings, Nunzio, Samuel, and Antoinette, who will remember her as a treasured sister.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank Paruolo, and her son, Michael Paruolo, both of whom she now joins in eternal peace.
Professionally, Grace was known for her dedicated work at Denny's, where her efforts in layette work served many generations of families. Her kind nature and hardworking spirit left a lasting impression on those she met, making her a beloved figure in the community. She was loved by all who knew her.
