Jay Nolan

Jay Nolan from Baldwin, New York, son of Barbara and Frank Nolan, passed away on January 28, 2018.

Jay is survived by his 3 children Brittany, T.J. and Shane, his beloved sisters Korie (Jeff) and Lee (Dan) and his loving nephew Liam, and his loving nieces Teaghan, Cayleigh, and Falon.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to Derek Jeter's Turn 2 Foundation, Inc.
