Jayne Jessica Wright - Carmiencke

Jayne J. Wright - Carmiencke passed away peacefully on December 9th, 2025 with her husband Donald, son Steven, daughter Amber, and son in law Charlie by her side. In her final hours, she was surrounded by family, including her mother Maryann, mother in law Susan, father in law Dave, and best friends Sally and Debra. She is survived by her beloved bearded dragon Dante, and she will become a grandmother in heaven to a baby girl this coming March. Jayne was a peer advocate at a counseling center, and went above and beyond for her clients 7 days a week, at any hour of the day. She was in recovery for nearly 7 years, dedicating her life from that point on to the service of others. During Covid, Jayne drove all over the island to deliver coins and handwritten cards to others in recovery to celebrate their sobriety during a difficult time. She lit up every room she entered, was fiercely loyal, and left a lasting impact on everyone she interacted with.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday December 14th from 4-8pm at Towers Funeral Home with a funeral mass to follow on Monday December 15th from 11am - 12pm at St Christopher's Roman Catholic Church. Jayne was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
