1935-2026

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved John. Beloved husband of Bridget, Father to John Famularo Jr., Debra Daddio, Donna Mincone and Gerald Famularo, Step-father to Joseph Palma, James Palma and Christopher Palma. He was a cherished Brother, Grandfather, Great-grandfather, Uncle and Friend whose warmth, compassion, wisdom and humor left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

A dedicated, tireless provider and a veteran of the Unites States Airforce and United States Navy. John’s true passion was his work. He spent 33 proud years with Pan American World Airlines, serving until the airline closed its doors. Never one to rest, he embarked on a second fulfilling career as a devoted member at the Knights of Columbus O’Connell Gardens in Oceanside, where he spent 25 years bringing people together for life’s happiest times celebrating special events before his well-earned retirement.
