Beloved husband of over 70 years to his wife Jean, beloved father to his 4 children; Thomas, Charles, Jenine and Lisa. Loved Grandfather to 15 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren. Joe left us peacefully and strong on January 4th, 2025.
Leaving behind a legacy characterized by love and service. Born on December 2nd, 1931 in Brooklyn, New York; Joe was a man defined by his deep commitment to family, community and country. Joe dedicated two decades of his life to the police force, serving with distinction as a Detective. His commitment to service extended beyond his career, as he was a long time commander of the American Legion Post in Island Park, reflecting his pride of his time in the armed forces.
In addition, Joe established a successful business & was a philanthropist known for his generosity & dedication to numerous charitable causes. Joe will be remembered by all who came in contact with him and missed dearly by his family and friends. Remembered by the legacy he created and leaves behind.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Northport VA in Joseph's memory.
