Linda A. Margolin

Linda Margolin, 60, of Oceanside, New York, passed away on June 26 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Linda was the youngest of three children born to George and Janet Lehman in Jersey City, New Jersey. She moved to Brooklyn, New York, where she met and quickly fell in love with her late husband, Gregg. The inseparable couple were married in 1992 and had two daughters shortly after. A few years later, Gregg and Linda put down roots in Oceanside, New York. Linda adored being a stay-at-home mom, who sometimes moonlighted as an employee of GSA Electric, her husband's business.

Linda loved her family more than anything and nothing made her happier than spending time surrounded by loved ones. Whether out shopping or at dinner, on vacation, or at home in their backyard oasis, as long as her family was together, Linda was content. Almost as important as her children were her animals - the dogs, the cats, the birds. It was just in Linda's nature to take care of those around her. There was nothing Linda wouldn't do for her family, animals included.

Linda was predeceased by her mother, Janet, and her husband, Gregg, whom she is now reunited with in Heaven.

Linda touched the lives of so many and her unforgettable memory will live on through her two beautiful daughters, Alyssa (Michael) and Kimberly (John); loving siblings, Edward Lehman and Jean DelAguila; cherished father, George Lehman; and many extended family members and dear friends.

Despite Linda's love of flowers, please honor her memory and dedication to animals by sharing a donation with Bobbi and the Strays at bobbiandthestrays.org
