In Loving Memory of Katy O'Toole 

March 7, 1952 – July 4, 2025

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Katy O’Toole of Rockville Centre, NY, on July 4, 2025. The beloved wife to Kevin, devoted mother to Kelly (Scott), Elizabeth (Tucker), Megan (Bryan), and Kevin (Michelle), and a treasured grandmother to Anya (Thomas), Owen, Lucas, Riley, Miles, Haiden, Regan, Shannon, Charles and Walton.

Katy was preceded in death by her parents, William and Katherine, her sister Patricia, and her brothers, Bill (Terry) and Michael (Eileen). She is lovingly remembered by her siblings Peter (Karen), Tom (Susan), Dennis (Susan), and David (Christine), as well as many cherished brothers and sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Katy’s life was defined by her warmth, kindness, and unwavering strength. Even in the face of illness, she showed incredible courage and grace. Her legacy of love and resilience will live on in the hearts of those she touched. The O’Toole family extends their heartfelt thanks for the love, prayers, and support received during this time of loss.

Friends and family are invited to honor Katy’s life at the wake on Monday, July 7, and Tuesday, July 8, from 2–4pm and 7–9pm at Towers Funeral Home in Oceanside. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 9, at 9:45am at St. Anthony’s Church, followed by interment at Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Katy’s memory may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation an organization that reflects her generous heart and dedication to helping others.

Katy’s love, laughter, and gentle spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
