Nicholas S. Caridi

Nicholas (Nick) S. Caridi, age 63 years old, of Baldwin, New York passed away suddenly on September 30, 2025. Nick was an Oceanside graduate, retired national Makeup Artist and military veteran. He had a love for life, sense of adventure, and a way to make anyone he met laugh.

He is preceded in death by his father, Vincenzo Caridi. He is survived by his mother, Mary Caridi, and his siblings Rose Trapnell, Guy Caridi (Karin), Catherine Dara (Joseph), and Nick’s partner Sarah Mulligan. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Grace, Maria, Martin (Amanda), Mary, Rose, and Eva; as well as his great-nephews Tobin and Joseph.

A memorial service will be held on October 18th from 5-7pm at Towers Funeral Home located at 2681 Long Beach Road, Oceanside NY 11572.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the following charities: Save the Children, Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Mercy Ships, additionally, Nick volunteered his time helping to improve the Long Island waterways and beaches flowers, and donations can also be made to Operation Splash at https://operationsplash.org/donate/.

His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved and knew him.
