Nicholas G. Lozito

Nicholas Lozito, a cherished resident of Oceanside, NY, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 6th, 2025, at the age of 86. Born on November 24th, 1938, Nicholas lived a life filled with love, dedication, and joy.

Nicholas proudly served his country aboard the U.S. Roosevelt as a member of the Navy, a testament to his unwavering commitment and service. After his military service, he became known for his love of playing golf and his passion for traveling. Those close to him will remember the countless joyous gatherings he hosted, where his home was always filled with laughter and the warmth of family and friends.

Above all, Nicholas was a devoted family man. He is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, RoseMarie. Together, they built a legacy of love that extended over generations. He leaves behind his two children, Nicholas (Sherri) and RoseMarie (Jose), as well as his precious grandchildren, John, Brianna, and Nicholas, and his adored great-granddaughter, Bristol.

Family and friends are invited to bid farewell to Nicholas at a visitation on Sunday, April 13th, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Towers Funeral Home, Inc. in Oceanside, NY. His life will be celebrated with a Funeral Mass at St Anthony's Roman Catholic Church in Oceanside, NY, on Monday, April 14th, 2025, 9:45am with a burial to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
