Robert E. Horton

Robert E. Horton (Zach), age 62 passed away on April 21, 2022 in North Carolina. Robert aka Zack was born on June 10, 1959 to Catherine and Robert J. Horton, but at the age of 10 he lost his father. Robert eventually met his soulmate Denise with whom he had two children Sean and Sara. In 2010 Denise passed and he persevered giving love and support to his children. Among other hardships, Robert/Zack battled cancer. His nature was to be happy, comforting and supportive. In the words of his daughter “he was the kindest man you will ever meet.” Along with as his children Sean and Sara, he is survived by his granddaughter Emma, his mother Catherine and his five siblings Kevin, Dennis, Barbara, Thomas and Cathy. As he is laid to rest, he will be joining the love of his life, Denise.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 29th at Pinelawn Memorial Park, 2030 Wellwood Ave., Farmingdale, NY. Burial will follow.
