Sheila M. Cahill

Cahill - Sheila, age 79, passed peacefully on February 15th. Loving "Mother" to Sheila (William) Carberry and Arthur Kelly. Adored "Grandmother" to William, Thomas and Joseph. Sheila Cherished siblings ( the late Betty ( Arthur), Catherine (the late James) and Denis (Jean), along with numerous adored nieces and nephews, and many great friends including Bill and John.

Sheila was a long time resident of Rockville Centre who was born and raised in the Bronx by her loving parents Denis and Elizabeth Cahill. She went on to become a Registered Nurse working in Operating Rooms for 10 years before moving to Long Island to help her sister raise Sheila and Arthur and then becoming a RN for the United States Postal Service.

There will be a funeral mass on March 2nd at Our Lady of Miraculous Medal at 11AM, 75 Parkside Drive, Point Lookout NY.
