Thomas J. Panzella

Thomas J. Panzella, age 84, Oceanside passed Sunday, January 15, 2017. Mr. Panzella was born August 11, 1932 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the beloved husband of Dolores and loving father to Amy Panzella and Chrissy Panzella-Loh (George). Thomas was also a devoted grandfather to Christopher and Nicholas Sutherland, Katherine Pluhowski (Michael) and Harrison Anderson. He is also survived by his sister Cyra Esposito.

He is a proud veteran from the US Navy and became a lieutenant for the NYPD.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 9:45am on Wednesday, January 18th at St. Anthony's RC Church, 110 Anchor Ave, Oceanside, NY. Burial will be in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton on Wednesday, January 18 at 12:00 pm.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, January 17th from 2-4 & 7-9 at Towers Funeral Home Inc., 2681 Long Beach Rd, Oceanside, NY.
